While the shader is the main focus of this piece, I’ve also built a few city-planning tools which can be used to easily generate streets and grid blocks with building heights also being adjustable. In order to feed into the fantasy of the old comic book genre and aid the game running on mobile (as it’s intended for), there are 3 Levels of Detail (LOD’s) for every asset which preloads based on the distance the asset is from the camera. All of these assets are modular and have adjustments built in for parameters such as weathering, colour variation,and slight scale differences
